Welding Equipment

Southcross Custom Fabrication has 24 welding stations utilizing Miller and ESAB machines. Some welding stations are capable of assembling parts over 20 feet long. All welding services adhere to American Welding Society Standards for inspections and qualifications, industrial applications, health and safety, equipment, and more.

Production Volumes & Lead Times

Our specialty welding shop can produce prototypes or single parts for special applications; we can also ramp up to larger-scale production — all at the same facility.

Most projects can be completed in as quickly as 2-3 days, but the exact lead-time depends on the scope of the project. We quote lead-times on a job-by-job basis. We also offer emergency or rush services to drastically shorten lead times if necessary.

Our operations comply with ASTM, ANSI, NFPA, and UL industry standards. We also ensure optimal efficiency by applying the principles of Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Lights Out Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and Kanban.
